Chris graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health and wellness from Slippery Rock University. He is a certified personal trainer and a former collegiate soccer player.
He has other certifications such as; Foundations of Strength & Conditioning, Foundations of Group Exercise, Strength and Conditioning Instructor Certification, Health Lifestyle Principles (HW 100B), Fundamentals of Coaching and plans to continue to his education to receive his CSCS. Chris has found a passion to health and fitness through his love of sports and is now dedicated to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.
